In fact we got in an argument about whether y'all were as talented as them. We know that they are one of your influences, and we both love them, but hubby thinks y'all haven't reached your potential yet and that you have the potential to be as good as tool. I told him that y'all are just as good as tool, you just aren't as old, wise and experienced and haven't been around as long as them, but your music is just as good! I love love love every album you have and I cannot wait to see what your brains come up with in subsequent albums. Keep on rockin, you've got so many fans and your music is so freakin phenomenal!

I just left the carnival of madness tour in southaven, ms and yall were everything I remembered and more! I started out in the middle of the floor and ended up in the front row by the time yall took the stage... yall had one of the best performances I've had the pleasure of seeing. Yall said tonight that yall came through here to make us fans, so I want you to know that yall were the deciding factor as to whether or not I went at all... I'm just waitin for yall to.come through on your own tour. Till then ill be happily waiting yall were f#&$*n awesome tonight!!

Saw u last night I Lafayette. U blew everyone else away. Can't believe anyone would even atempt to follow y'all on stage. Second time i've seen y'all this year and hope y'all come back close to baton rouge soon. I have all five records on my iPhone and listening to y'all are the only way I get threw the day at work. Don't know how you guys keep gettin better but keep f***ing rocking.

HEY BOYS! Well, you did it again. I saw you play at Carnival of Madness in Holdmel, New Josey Aug. 5th. (my 3rd live Chevelle experience). That was an INCREDIBLE show. You even managed to start a huge mosh pit on the lawn, I was trying to watch the show and kept getting thrown down the hill. LMAO!..........PETE! You hot sexy mthrfckr, you have truly inspired me. I have started playing guitar bc of you!!! The first song I ever learned was Send the Pain Below, and now I can't stop playing. I'm using an Ibanez now, but I'm saving for a PRS, and a big old Mesa.
